AVP of IT Recruiting | $1MM+ in Placements | Critical Tech Roles Filled Fast Key Responsibilities
Create, customize, and maintain solutions within Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online using modern frameworks such as SPFx (React/TypeScript), PnP, PowerShell, and Graph API. Support, optimize, and upgrade existing M365/SharePoint applications to meet service levels and business expectations. Partner with team members on application design, development, and large-scale upgrades. Contribute to the design and rollout of cloud-native software solutions that support evolving business and technology goals. Assist in designing and implementing applications leveraging Azure services including App Services, Entra ID (Azure AD), Key Vault, and Storage. Support modernization initiatives and cloud migrations by building scalable, phased transition strategies. Gather and analyze requirements to improve existing platforms and recommend enhancements. Troubleshoot and resolve defects in production applications to maintain performance and stability. Oversee multiple development efforts simultaneously, balancing timelines and competing priorities. Evaluate project requirements and advise on in-house development versus third-party solutions. Adhere to coding standards, while also contributing to the refinement of best practices and documentation. Take accountability for assigned deliverables and ensure projects are completed on time. Provide proactive communication and updates to leadership and business stakeholders. Develop integrated solutions to support both firmwide and departmental applications. Act as a liaison with end users, managers, and technical staff to ensure alignment on requirements and outcomes. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience. Experience leading application portfolios or enterprise technology solutions preferred. 5+ years of hands-on experience evaluating, implementing, and supporting enterprise applications. Familiarity with open-source frameworks including React, Angular, and Bootstrap. Practical experience with SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online. Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), SharePoint Framework, and Azure Logic Apps. Exposure to third-party SharePoint tools (e.g., Nintex, DocAve, Handshake). Experience building RESTful services and integrating APIs. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Ability to manage all phases of the SDLC, from design through deployment and support. Demonstrated ability to create functional, user-friendly applications with innovative features. Benefits
