Healthcare Sales Executive (Business Development Director) to drive provider recruitment into their medical group. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role requiring strong complex sales experience, healthcare knowledge, and the ability to consistently exceed targets. Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Location and relocation

Identify and target independent physicians across a region; conduct in-person sales meetings and presentations Manage opportunities through close and track pipeline in Salesforce Build long-term physician relationships and support recruited practices Share best practices across the national sales team and help launch new markets when needed Qualifications
4+ years of complex healthcare sales with proven success exceeding $1M+ in revenue Strong track record as an individual contributor in competitive markets Bachelors degree preferred; advanced degree a plus 80% travel required; No office requirement What the role offers
The opportunity to work for an incredibly high performing team Base salary plus OTE with uncapped commission; earnings can exceed $200,000 Equity/stock options in addition to the package Opportunity to oversee a geography with autonomy Seniority level
