Responsibilities for a Forklift Warehouse Associate include but are not limited to:
Receive, process, store, and ship inventory according to system orders
Load and unload trucks and sea containers safely and efficiently
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
Organize incoming stock and ensure all orders are shipped in full
Track and document shipments, including quantities, conditions, and arrival/departure times
Prepare orders for shipment or transfers
Record and manage items placed on hold, aged, or damaged merchandise
Accommodate and carefully handle fragile items
Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment
Enter data into inventory and logistics software programs
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Candidates for Forklift Warehouse Associate must meet the following requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven experience operating a forklift (loading, unloading, transporting materials)
Previous warehouse experience required
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work in freezers at 40-55ºF
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving mindset
Flexible schedule with ability to work occasional weekends
