Our client, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. As a Warehouse Supervisor , you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to operational excellence which will align successfully in the organization.

Lead and motivate warehouse staff through effective coaching, performance management, and professional development opportunities.
Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts, stock rotation, and accuracy maintenance.
Manage shipping, receiving, and distribution activities to meet client service level agreements.
Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety training to maintain a secure work environment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant warehouse/logistics experience.
3+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations or distribution environments.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
Forklift certification and knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
