We partner with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, their caregivers, educators, and community support teams to build meaningful skills, promote independence, and empower every individual to reach their fullest potential in all areas of life. We envision a future where individuals with autism spectrum disorder across East Central Indiana thrive in inclusive environments and lead lives of greater independence and purposeempowered by the meaningful, individualized support provided by SBBC. Responsibilities The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the therapeutic needs of the clients served, supervising the clinical team (BCBAs, BAaBAs, therapists, and consultants), and monitoring program progress. This role acts as a liaison between families, school representatives, and other contracted parties and SBBC on behalf of clients. The Clinical Director analyzes data collected by behavioral therapists and program supervisors to determine if interventions are effective in achieving desired behavior change. If not, coordinates with the clinical team to provide coaching and training to implement ABA strategies to achieve desired behavior. Reviews and evaluates supervisor treatment plans to ensure they are evidence-based and clinically appropriate for client needs. This role requires strong clinical experience and the ability to apply and individualize ABA based on client needs. Work closely with the clinical team to ensure quality and integrity of services across in-school, in-home, in-center, and community settings. Oversee and conduct training of behavioral therapists; lead weekly internal team meetings. Share responsibility with the scheduling coordinator for maintaining client schedules and tracking hours and make-up sessions. Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continuing education, publications, networking, benchmarking best practices, and participation in professional societies. Attend case conferences, school observations, and support parents in communications with schools and providers. Interact with funding agencies and manage referrals and other administrative duties. Develop, execute, and oversee operational, financial and clinical objectives for SBBCs ABA services in the local market, focusing on operational efficiency, clinical quality, and strategic growth. Mediates tensions among clients, caregivers, or team members across SBBCs service settings. Other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule
Approximately 40+ hours per week during typical building hours 8:00 am 5:00 pm. Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 Includes benefits: major medical, vision, and dental; supplemental insurance; unemployment insurance; workers' compensation; Social Security and Medicare taxes 7 weeks PTO Life Insurance 5 Paid Holidays Retirement - 100% match on the first 3% of compensation Mileage reimbursement $350 per year CEU budget Reimbursement for credentialing fees Bonus pay based on billable hours, up to $800 a month
Education And Related Work Experience
Masters degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education or related behavioral science field Three years experience in clinical management role Three years experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Licenses, Registrations or Certifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Preferred Qualifications
Doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Five years experience in clinical management role Five years experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

CPR and CPI certification Drug screen and criminal background check required for hire
