What You ll Be Doing
Operate MRI scanners and adjust protocols to ensure high-quality imaging
Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and proper screening, including for implantable devices
Administer IV contrast when appropriate, following proper protocols
Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other imaging team members
Maintain documentation, equipment, and compliance with safety regulations
Assist with MRI safety protocols for research workflows when necessary
What You Bring
Education:
Graduate from ARRT- or ARMRIT-accredited MRI program
Licensure/Certifications: ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT preferred at hire
OR ARRT in Radiography, Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Therapy, or Sonography with commitment to obtain ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT within 24 months
BLS certification required
Experience:
1+ year of MRI experience preferred
Skills:
Critical thinking, MRI safety, patient care, teamwork, and time management
