Rockwoods is seeking an experienced
Digital Marketing Strategist
for our clients at Tysons, VA to design, lead, and optimize impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will be responsible for developing data-driven strategies that drive
brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and measurable business growth . This role requires a
strategic thinker with strong analytical skills , the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and a passion for leveraging marketing technology to deliver personalized and results-oriented campaigns. Location:
Tysons, VA (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite) Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute
comprehensive digital marketing strategies
aligned with business goals. Oversee
SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising
with a focus on integrated campaign success. Utilize
audience segmentation, journey mapping, and marketing automation
to deliver relevant and timely messaging. Collaborate with creative, content, analytics, and IT teams to ensure campaign alignment and maximum ROI. Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, campaign performance, and optimization strategies using tools like
Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce . Conduct
market research and competitive analysis
to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends. Manage marketing budgets, forecast performance, and recommend strategies for optimal spend. Stay up to date on
digital marketing trends, algorithms, and technologies
to keep campaigns innovative and competitive. Qualifications
Bachelors degree
in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Masters a plus). 5+ years
of experience in digital marketing strategy, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment. Proficiency in
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, SEMrush, HubSpot, and similar tools . Strong knowledge of
omnichannel campaign planning, attribution, and customer journey mapping . Exceptional project management and communication skills. Proven track record of managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Preferred
B2C marketing experience; familiarity with
consumer finance products
highly preferred. Understanding of
data privacy regulations
and compliance standards in marketing. Seniority level
