Basic Qualifications
Ph.D. (or equivalent research experience) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computational Biology, or a related quantitative field. Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with a deep‑learning framework such as PyTorch. Demonstrated expertise in developing and evaluating machine‑learning models. Experience extracting clear insights from large, noisy datasets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
Prior application of machine learning to protein or nucleotide sequence design. Hands‑on industry experience taking ML models from research to production. Peer‑reviewed publications in leading AI or computational‑biology venues. Seniority level
