Roles and Responsibilities Manage supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, and assist key suppliers toward industrial standards of excellence Drive supplier development actions and, in some cases, introduction into the aerospace supplier quality requirements Create project and action plans to ensure suppliers deliver new products that meet all quality requirements with proper first-time yield Drive root cause and corrective action plans across suppliers Identify process improvements needed to drive better first-time yield and improve delivery Collaborate with Design and Manufacturing Engineers on design for manufacturability to improve producibility Identify gaps in the quality system and drive corrective actions to closure Balance tactical execution with strategic initiatives necessary to drive cost reduction projects Present product/program strategies, roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience Utilize technical experience and data analysis to support recommendations Travel 25% to 50% required
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or institution (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality Systems, Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality or Supply Chain Manufacturing) A minimum of 5 years' experience in Quality Systems, Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality or Supply Chain Manufacturing

Strong background in supplier quality and supplier management Sub-commodity leadership experience Experience in airfoils or structural castings Experience managing quality or manufacturing teams Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems Established project management skills

The base pay range for this position is 110,000.00 - 140,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidates experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on September 6, 2025.
