The Role As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring experienced recruitment professionals. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to build high-impact teams that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for experienced recruiter roles across multiple specialisms
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic sourcing solutions
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality recruitment talent
Conduct interviews, manage candidate experience, and guide offers through to acceptance
Represent the company brand with professionalism and energy in a competitive talent market
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience hiring experienced recruiters, ideally in a recruitment or staffing business
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strategic mindset with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach
Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and industry trends
