A well-known utilities company in King County is seeking a skilled Python Developer to join its Data Ops team focused on optimizing hydropower operations—an essential part of the company’s electric portfolio. This role involves building and maintaining a robust software system that automates hourly optimization tasks using data from weather, wind, and hydroelectric sources.

Skills and Requirements
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (bootcamp graduates with strong project experience are welcome).
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with ETL processes and data pipeline development.
• Ability to explain coding projects from start to finish.
Passion for data movement and optimization. null
