Salesforce Developer

with strong expertise in

Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce applications, with a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. This role requires hands-on experience with

Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, API integrations, and database queries . Beyond development, the Salesforce Developer will play a critical role in

project management, code quality oversight, technical strategy, and stakeholder engagement . Responsibilities Application Development:

Design, develop, enhance, and implement Salesforce solutions to support new and existing business initiatives. Execution:

Flow and transaction control statements with Apex in conjunction with Salesforce APIs. Integration & APIs:

Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using SOAP API, REST API, Bulk API, and Metadata API. API Management:

Build and manage APIs that can be consumed by external applications. Database Management:

Write and optimize SOQL and SOSL queries to manage, search, and manipulate Salesforce data. Project Management & Delivery:

Collaborate with the PMO to support project planning, task allocation, and timely delivery of solutions. Ensure development work is completed within defined scope and deadlines. Code Quality & Standards:

Conduct peer code reviews, enforce coding best practices, and maintain high-quality development standards. Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance requirements. Knowledge Sharing & Documentation:

Maintain thorough documentation of code, APIs, and architectural decisions. Promote collaboration and knowledge transfer across the development team. Technical Strategy & Continuous Improvement:

Contribute to the technical roadmap by recommending tools, frameworks, and strategies. Identify opportunities for process optimization and incorporate industry best practices. Stakeholder Engagement:

Partner with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Provide clear technical insights and recommendations to stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

6+ years of Salesforce development experience , including

Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud . Experience with

Salesforce APIs

(SOAP, REST, Bulk, Metadata) and system integrations. Proficiency in

SOQL and SOSL

for data manipulation and retrieval. Familiarity with

Agile/Scrum project management methodologies . Strong understanding of

Salesforce security, compliance, and performance optimization best practices . Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Salesforce

Platform Developer I/II certification

preferred.
