We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Developer with expertise in T-SQL, strong experience in data integration, and proficiency in data visualization to join our logistics and operations technology team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance database objects, including complex stored procedures, to support our data-driven operations. This role requires advanced T-SQL expertise to build and optimize mission-critical data solutions. You will also be responsible for creating and supporting data visualization dashboards that provide critical operational visibility and support data-driven decision-making across departments. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-performance T-SQL queries and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server. Develop and optimize ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for operational and logistics data. Collaborate with engineering teams to build and manage data integrations between internal and external systems. Create and manage dashboards to support operational insights and executive reporting. Proactively improve SQL performance, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure data accuracy. Document technical processes, schema changes, and data flow logic. Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and analytics teams to deliver data solutions. Qualifications
45+ years of hands-on experience as a SQL Developer or in a similar data-focused role. Expert-level T-SQL skills, including complex joins and aggregations, and performance optimization. Direct experience with Microsoft SQL Server. Direct experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or similar ETL tools. Proficiency in building dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or Power BI. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a production environment.
