Overview
Senior Manager, Project Manager, NPIs
is responsible for providing leadership to the overall CMO project management staff by providing overall strategic governance for new product introduction (NPI) projects by establishing standards, processes, and tools used for effective project delivery for the external customer. The Sr. Manager, Project Manager, NPI will drive the development of the project management function and provide support to the individual site leadership teams participation in strategic initiatives and strive to meet revenue, metrics and goals as established. Responsibilities
Oversight and management of the Commercial project management project managers for both the Spokane and Montreal site. Generate a one customer approach to the execution of new product introductions Triage customer and program escalations and collaborate with leadership to drive to resolution Support, supervise and monitor performance of the project managers in the management of assigned projects Ensure the project management team are trained and developed appropriately to meet the needs of the business Responsible for ensuring adequate resource available and allocation of work within the team Manage and facilitate customer strategic meetings as appropriate Properly apply knowledge of current industry practices, cGMP requirements and JHS policies with regard to the manufacturing of parenteral products at Jubilant HollisterStier. Communicate effectively in both verbal and written format with JHS upper management and business development personnel discussing financial or scheduling challenges, client conflicts, technical problems, etc. that are experienced during the execution of the projects. Work in concert with various department managers in organizing multi-disciplined project teams and will proactively identify human resource deficiencies that may inhibit execution of projects at JHS. Qualifications
Bachelor degree, in a science field required 10 years related experience, including supervisory experience. Pharmaceutical experience: Technical pharmaceutical knowledge in some type of field is required i.e.; Project Management, QC, QA, Manufacturing, Engineering, Etc. FDA regulated industry required Minimum 2 years managerial experience preferred. Functional expert in Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project required Working in aseptic areas, common office environment with potential for prolonged sitting/standing required Shift

Hiring Wage:
$112,000 $176,000
annually depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises.
