SAP Functional Analyst, Order-to-Cash
to join our SAP S/4HANA team in Golden Valley, MN. In this role, youll work with business leaders and consultants to define requirements, design and test processes, and help deploy a standardized global OTC framework across multiple sites and functions. Youll gain hands-on experience leading workshops, building process documentation, and supporting change management, while contributing to a large-scale digital transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to be on the ground floor of a global ERP rollout with strong visibility, cross-functional exposure, and room to grow into future leadership opportunities. This posting is for one permanent, direct-hire position. External candidates can work 100% remote if you are within a reasonable driving distance of a Pentair facility. Ideal candidates will live in any of the posted metropolitan areas. If you are an internal candidate already working remotely, you can maintain this arrangement. You Will Partner with business leaders and consultants to gather requirements and define OTC business needs. Translate business and functional requirements into clear direction for SAP development teams and review deliverables for alignment with business goals. Lead workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate processes and resolve gaps. Support testing phases by developing scenarios and user stories, training super users, and documenting processes. Assist with process documentation, training materials, and change management to prepare users for deployment. Play a key role in go-live and hyper-care support, ensuring a smooth transition to SAP S/4HANA.
Key Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience, with hands-on SAP experience (S/4HANA or ECC) and 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional project teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to give presentations and train others on new processes. Working knowledge of Customer Master, Sales Pricing Conditions, Info Records, Material Master, Order Entry, and/or knowledge of the OTC workstream with other SAP and non-SAP systems is preferred. Experience with IT-related projects using agile methodology and the ability to capture user stories, RAID items, impediments, and gaps is a plus. Background in customer service, pricing, order entry, billing, returns, warranty, etc. is a plus.
Travel
Up to 30% of the time to support project needs, including international travel as needed.
Compensation
The anticipated annual base pay ranges are: For California and New York City residents: $78,100 $145,000 per year. For all other candidates: $71,000 $131,800 per year.
At Pentair, actual compensation is determined by experience, training, education, location, and other business needs. This position may be eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus. Benefits
