Detailed Job Description: • Develop testing strategy, test plans and detailed test cases • Work in an agile, rapid development and prototyping environment where effective communication is paramount • Develop clean maintainable automated tests programmatically and leverage continuous integration • Identify and leverage tools and automated solutions to test thoroughly and quickly in a repeatable fashion • Raise clear detailed bugs, participate in bug discussions and follow them to resolution • Thorough understanding of web technologies, such as but not limited to (HTTP/S, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, XML, JSON, REST) • Thorough understanding of databases, SQL and scripting • Hands-on development of automated tests using tools like Selenium web driver, Selenium Grid, HP Quick Test Pro (QTP) is a plus and / or similar tools • Experience doing performance, security testing is a strong plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills
