Position Summary The Campaign Analyst will be responsible for leveraging Hyatt’s CRM platform (Braze) to build and manage audience segments, orchestrate journeys, implement A/B tests, and analyze campaign performance to drive engagement and conversion. This individual will own and enforce data QA processes to ensure flawless execution, as well as maintain performance dashboards and deliver insights for owned marketing channels. Success in this role requires a blend of business acumen and analytical expertise to translate stakeholder objectives into systematic rules and workflows, and to provide data-driven recommendations that inform and influence marketing decisions. Key Responsibilities: -Build and manage audience segments in Braze aligned with campaign goals and data logic. -Partner with data and template development teams to ensure accurate audience selection and QA. -Support multi-channel campaign execution, including A/B testing and journey orchestration. -Analyze campaign performance and assist in building dashboards using Tableau or Excel. -Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable data strategies. -Ensure data tagging and QA processes are followed to maintain campaign integrity. Must-Have Qualifications: -Strong experience with Braze, including Audience Builder and campaign orchestration. -Experience working in large-scale environments with complex data and multiple stakeholders. -Ability to interpret marketing requirements and translate them into data-driven audience logic. -Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. -Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and data teams. Nice to Have: -Experience with Tableau or Excel for reporting and visualization. -Familiarity with SQL and relational databases. - Background in lifecycle marketing or consumer-facing industries such as retail or hospitality.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
