Base pay range $115,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Position Overview This is a leadership role where you will oversee large-scale construction projects from planning through completion. You will be responsible for project schedules, budgets, quality control, and building strong relationships with all stakeholders while guiding on-site teams to meet project goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple construction projects at the same time
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors
Monitor and maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery
Review contracts, drawings, and specifications, and resolve potential issues before work begins
Coordinate with estimating, scheduling, purchasing, accounting, and operations teams to keep projects running efficiently
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and analyze project costs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ProCore, and Bluebeam
Strong leadership, organization, and problem solving skills
LEED AP certification or LEED training is preferred
