A well-funded B2B SaaS company is building out its enterprise sales function after seeing strong early traction up-market with customers like McKesson, CardinalHealth, Betterment, CVS Health, and Qualia. Theyre looking for a sharp, execution-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to help drive their next stage of growth. This is a hunter role focused on landing net-new logos and shaping the enterprise GTM motion from the ground up. Youll be the tip of the spear - prospecting, closing, and helping define what success looks like at the enterprise tier. Work with an incredible VP of Sales along with a strong team of colleagues. Commission: $150,000 OTE: $300,000 What Youll Do
Own and execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close Consistently close complex 6-figure+ SaaS deals Meet or exceed a 7-figure annual quota Develop and manage a pipeline within accounts of 1,000+ employees Drive outbound strategy - identify, engage, and convert key decision makers Partner closely with GTM leadership to evolve messaging, positioning, and ICP targeting Contribute to the foundation of a scalable, repeatable enterprise sales motion Who You Are
Proven track record of closing large SaaS deals ($100K+ ACV) Consistent success selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations (1,000+ employees) Comfortable carrying and hitting a 7-figure new business quota Strong outbound muscle (you know how to create opportunity, not just close it) Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and are energized by building from scratch Must be based in Boston and open to working on-site
