Job Title: Customer Service Representative Job Description
Join a locally owned, community-focused organization as a Customer Service Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to support some of the nation's most recognized brands, including Lowe's, Amazon, Target, and Walmart, within a diverse and inclusive team environment.
Responsibilities
* Handle work ticket orders for national accounts received electronically or by phone, with a focus on outbound calls. * Qualify and verify customer requests efficiently. * Check technicians in and out and book or dispatch purchase orders to subcontractors or divisions promptly. * Manage customer requests for service ensuring prompt, knowledgeable service to customer satisfaction. * Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills
* 1+ year of customer service experience, with a preference for retail background. * Proficiency in Microsoft programs. * Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously. Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Previous call center experience is a plus. * Solid tenure with at least one year at each previous position. Why Work Here? The role involves handling a high volume of calls, averaging around 150 inbound and 25 outbound calls a day. Initial training takes place in a classroom setting, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, followed by shadowing on the floor. Shift options include Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and Friday to Monday from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. The dress code is business casual, with jeans permitted but no tennis shoes. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Olathe, KS. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
