Digital Marketing Manager

to lead B2B demand generation and account-based marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for building a strong digital presence, generating qualified leads, and supporting sales pipeline growth. Responsibilities Design and implement multi-channel B2B marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, LinkedIn, email, webinars). Drive lead generation and accelerate pipeline through targeted campaigns. Manage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot). Monitor and optimize campaign performance, focusing on MQL-to-SQL conversion. Align marketing efforts with sales goals through close collaboration. Oversee website strategy to enhance brand credibility and conversion.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years in B2B digital marketing, with experience in demand generation. Proficient in SEO/SEM, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation platforms. Proven track record in lead generation and pipeline impact. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities. Effective cross-functional collaboration skills.

Physical Requirements: This job operates in a professional office environment and requires periods of sedentary work and computer use.
