As Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of the $34M construction project from planning through execution and closeout. Responsibilities include budget and schedule management, subcontractor coordination, client communication, risk mitigation, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. You will collaborate with project teams across estimating, field staff, and finance to deliver successful outcomes on complex community-focused builds such as schools, municipal facilities, and public safety buildings. 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably on municipal or community-based projects. Strong background in managing budgets of $20M+. Skilled communicator able to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Knowledge of construction scheduling software and cost-control processes. Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple moving parts with attention to detail. What's On Offer
