Job Title: Medical Receptionist
Location: Marlton, NJ

Pay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM
Friday: 7:45 AM – 12:00 PM (until 3:00 PM every third Friday)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Medical Receptionist to join our busy medical office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with 50–60 patients per day.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
Verify demographic and insurance information and enter into the EMR system
Schedule appointments in-person and over the phone
Follow up on missed appointments
Verify insurance coverage and collect co-payments or outstanding balances
Maintain and update patient records with accuracy
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely scheduling and patient care
Respond to patient inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines
Perform administrative tasks including faxing, scanning, mail handling, and signing for packages
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of medical receptionist experience
Comfortable in a high-volume patient environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with EMR systems and insurance verification
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
