avenue is a beautiful, well-designed senior living community that offers the highest level of distinction for our residents. We offer 115 senior units with a mix of Independent/Assisted Living as well as Memory Care and Care Suites. Our Ebenezer community is adjacent to both Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN and is near public transportation making it a convenient location for our employees. We boast an exceptional team of caregivers who believe in our mission to heal, discover, and educate for longer healthier, more meaningful lives.

This receptionist schedule includes:

16 hours per pay period

day shift

every other weekend rotation (sat/sunday)

Responsibilities:

Greets and provides courteous assistance to all whom enter the community

Supervises security of the facility by unlocking entrances and supervising those entering and exiting

Clerical duties for various departments such as; mailings, petty cash account, distributes mail and transactions with resident funds

Responds to medical, fire, maintenance and security emergencies per building policies and procedures

Required:

Familiar with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to type accurately and with efficiency

Strong customer service proficiency

High-level verbal and written communication skills

Basic math skills
