Overview
.NET Developer (Remote)
Contract-to-Hire. Remote-friendly position in the Government sector. Fully remote with standard working hours of 8 AM 5 PM EST. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain .NET applications using ASP.NET, MVVM/MVC, Entity Framework, Console Applications, and WinForms. Support Drupal 8+ content management and integration tasks (Acquia Cloud experience a plus). Contribute to scripting and automation tasks using Python (3.x). Implement cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and DynamoDB. Participate in software testing using Cypress, PHPUnit, and Applitools. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions. Experience Requirements
Hands-on experience with .NET Development (ASP.NET, MVVM/MVC, Entity Framework). Familiarity with Drupal (8+) and related environments. Experience with Python scripting (3.x). Exposure to AWS services such as Lambda and Step Functions. Knowledge of automated testing tools (Cypress, PHPUnit, Applitools). Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Adaptive and willing to learn new tools, including PEGA case management software. Education & Clearance Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field with at least 1-2 years of experience, OR No degree with a minimum of 5 years of technical experience. Must be a U.S. citizen. Ability to obtain a DOJ Public Trust clearance (approximately 8-10 weeks). Notes
