Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the comprehensive industrial maintenance of our facility. Your role involves troubleshooting automated lines, Fanuc robots, stamping presses, and paint booths, along with mechanical and fluid power troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Conduct industrial maintenance across the entire facility.

Troubleshoot automated lines and over 80 Fanuc robots.

Diagnose and repair stamping presses and paint booths.

Perform mechanical and fluid power troubleshooting.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in maintenance, both industrial and electrical.

Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.

Ability to use meters and work with voltage.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of mechanical maintenance experience or an Associate's Degree.

Experience working with chains, drives, motors, conveyors, and presses.

Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Work Environment

This position is in a manufacturer of steel wheels for the automotive industry. The facility is highly automated with large metal stamping presses and paint lines. Expect a hot and dirty environment typical of a heavy industrial setting. The traditional 2nd shift runs from 4:00 PM till 12:30 AM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $33.00/hr.
