Responsibilities
Respond to inbound leads promptly via phone, email, or web, acting as a professional point of contact Conduct intake calls to assess legal needs, guide clients through next steps, and determine case eligibility Schedule consultations and manage attorney schedules to support caseload growth Maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and monitoring lead progression Collaborate with lawyers and marketing on strategies to improve intake and client conversion processes
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's degree is a plus Proven experience in qualifying and converting leads in a sales or customer experience role Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and self-motivated approach Exceptional communication skills with a high level of empathy Familiarity with CRM tools and the Microsoft Office suite; experience with legal intake software is an asset
Preferred Qualifications
Background in the legal industry is preferred Experience in sales or customer service roles is highly valued Familiarity with the Smokeball legal intake software Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
