About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to join its team. The CNO will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. This includes developing and implementing care delivery strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of performance improvement. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and distinguished executive with a master's degree in nursing, at least five years' progressive management experience in a comparable-sized health system, and a commitment to educational growth. Certification in Nursing Administration is also required to be obtained within two years of employment.
