About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to join its team. The CNO will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. This includes developing and implementing care delivery strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of performance improvement. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and distinguished executive with a master's degree in nursing, at least five years' progressive management experience in a comparable-sized health system, and a commitment to educational growth. Certification in Nursing Administration is also required to be obtained within two years of employment.

The ideal CNO for the company will have a contemporary knowledge of care delivery models, healthcare policy, and industry trends. They should be a proven leader with the ability to influence and manage change, and a strong communicator with superb presentation and active listening skills. The role demands a leader with a passion for excellence, who is collaborative, visible, and able to integrate into the company's culture. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and business acumen are essential, as is the ability to build superior physician relations and create accountability structures to drive success. The CNO will be expected to be a humble, articulate, energetic, and participative leader, inspiring trust, respect, and credibility among all constituents.
