Details About This Position:
This position is a full-time hourly position based at our Healey Ford Lincoln location in Goshen, NY.
The schedule for this position is a daytime 8-hour shift, with evenings and weekends as needed.
Base weekly salary with weekly/monthly commission

What You Will Bring to the Table:
Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus
Ability to identify the problem quickly
Knowledge of automobiles
Effective analytical and communication skills
Strong reading, computer, and mathematics skills
Ability to learn new technology
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills, good phone skills
Positive, friendly attitude
Experience with auto parts sales (preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented, have a professional appearance, and a strong work ethic
Prior use of the CDK dealership software is highly preferred
The ability to work well with the public and balance multiple customers at a time is important.
What You Will Do:
Tracking all incoming and outgoing parts for a dealership.
Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock.
Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed correctly through the service department
Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer periodically and maintaining the necessary record-keeping.
Referring to parts manuals (both hard copy and electronic format) to identify precisely the correct part(s) for the make, model, and year of vehicles being serviced.
Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
