Job Responsibilities:
Ensuring operational data is fit for purpose, defining controls, and monitoring processes in adherence to enterprise data management standards.
Triaging and remediating data incidents, performing data analysis, training new users, and performing impact analysis stemming from data updates.
Helping in defining access and ownership of data by domain, conducting quality control, and overseeing data maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Management Validates data and signs off on reports within test environments to confirm application accuracy, functionality, and EDM Standards are met.
Manage relationships with diverse data partners and technology teams to support initiative work that demands aggressive timelines.
Collaborate with PMO Leads to provide updates on project timelines, deliverables, and obstacles.
Work primarily on the Corporate Investments Data Warehouse (CIDW), which encompasses a vast number of treasury products including derivatives, debt, cash, loans, etc.
Ensure data is accurate, complete, and fit for performing data analyses through various testing procedures and data controls.
Develop and execute on Enterprise Data Management policies and standards, ensuring adherence across teams.
Manage data-related incidents, identifying, communicating, and resolving or escalating issues as needed.
Develop, manage, and execute on controls, ensuring tracking, monitoring, and resolution of any control breaches with data platforms.
Partner with Business and Technology functions to drive the development of business and functional requirements documents.
Assume ownership of current CFO Data Management controls across multiple Treasury products.
Unwind SQL and ETL layers in Oracle database to identify issues/root cause analysis.
Drive and participate in design, development, and implementation of future Treasury data controls.
Liaise between Treasury lines of business and Technology teams to communicate control status and escalate issues.
Data Control Governance - Ensuring process controls, data validation activities, and measurement processes remain timely and relevant.
Create and maintain required documentation and evidence to ensure adherence to EDM Standards and RDA requirements.
Work under minimal supervision on Corporate Treasury projects that require creative solutions under tight deadlines.
Operational Excellence Improving CFO Data Management functions for production, data governance, data change, and regulatory/audit activities.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years of equivalent work experience.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) including advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
Hands-on experience querying and analyzing large sets of data using SQL (data warehouse is Oracle).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be creative, and balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities needed for complex data analysis.
Very strong communication skills with teammates and leadership within CFO Data Management (CFO DM).
Ability to work independently and take lead on addressing issues.
Familiarity with ETL tools (Informatica).
