Responsible for maintenance of client systems (workstations including hardware, operating system, and application software), printers, peripherals, user access to network application software, and provides primary support for desktop system network functions. Collaborates with Information Management Application Specialists and Technology Analysts to support and deploy clinical, academic, and business desktop information systems. This position is likely to work 3rd shift: 11 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. Essential Job Functions:

Troubleshoots user issues related to client operating systems, applications, and network connectivity. Participates in project tasks as required. Deploys client hardware and software as assigned. Performs preventive maintenance on computers and peripherals. Updates and maintains client computer asset inventory records. Resolves unsafe conditions related to peripherals and reports unresolved issues. Notifies management of breaches of hospital or department policies regarding computer equipment use. Provides customer-focused support adhering to service principles of innovation, excellence, and teamwork. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Associates Degree in Information Systems/Technology or equivalent experience preferred. 1-3 years of experience in a corporate/enterprise desktop environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows client OS and Office applications. Experience with systems in a Microsoft Windows client/server environment and Citrix/Thin Client environments. Experience with deployment tools like Microsoft SMS and Altiris. Scripting skills for client deployment. Excellent project management, customer service, diagnostic, and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred: Microsoft Certified Professional in Windows and Office. Pay Range:

$28.50 - $46.60 hourly. Compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package, competitive pay aligned with market rates, and internal equity. Benefits:
