Meet the team: We are looking for a talented Manager with curiosity and drive to help support our Operations Finance and Cost Accounting teams. This person must be a dedicated and technically minded individual to help drive forward process improvements and analytics in areas of cost accounting, SOX controls and inventory process management. In this role, you will be a key member of the rapidly growing and developing Dexcom Operations Finance team that has high visibility to our executive leadership team. The group is responsible for providing actionable intelligence to leaders to drive the global growth and efficiency of the company. This role will be a key member of financial performance metrics improving Dexcom’s ability to provide our life saving technology to global patients! Where you come in: • Drive and monitor process improvement concepts for global controls • Supports Sr. Managers of Cost Accounting with reviewing reporting packages, deep diving variances and providing recommendations on solutions • Partners with leadership in developing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts • Implements process efficiency improvements through system automation and expansion as well as reporting improvements across the organization • Support month end close activities included but not limited to account reconciliation reviews, audit compliance reviews, variance analytics and reporting • Lead Business Case modeling for the Ops Finance team, including partnering with cross functional teams • Represents Cost Accounting and Finance on new product introduction strategies and end of life strategies to ensure financial clarity and controls • Partners closely with FP&A organization to ensure accurate reporting, variance analysis and forecast inputs as a valued member of the team • Develops and maintains SOX Controls related to procurement processes as well as being responsible for adherence to cost accounting standards at Dexcom including SOX controls, GAAP reporting and accounting analytics • Works with IT to enhance existing reporting and implement process improvements within our systems. Final compensation package will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, business needs and market demand. Experience and Education

Typically requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience. At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
