Reporting to the Assistant Treasurer for Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH), the Senior Treasury Analyst will perform key Treasury functions related to cash and liquidity management. The role involves leading best practices to enhance BILH’s cash governance, including cash flow forecasts, banking structure design, bank relationship management, and ensuring operating liquidity.
The Treasury Analyst will also participate in ad-hoc projects and IT/ERP implementations, ensuring smooth integration of Treasury activities.
Responsibilities include:
Developing improvements to cash positioning and forecasting models in partnership with Business Units.
Supporting process improvements in cash management.
Enhancing reporting dashboards for senior leadership visibility.
Developing liquidity metrics for operational and financial decision-making.
Identifying and executing cost-saving opportunities.
Leading cross-functional projects to optimize banking processes.
Supporting ERP implementation from a banking perspective.
Providing support for audits.
Recommending new banking services and products.
Adjusting cash-pooling structures to integrate affiliates.
Developing Treasury policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
5+ years of corporate Treasury experience.
Knowledge of Treasury principles, products, and terminology.
Strong cash operations and forecasting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is a plus.
Proficiency with computer platforms and applications.
