Experience in intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation. Excellent research and writing skills, with the ability to work independently and demonstrate strong advocacy skills. Strong academic credentials, entrepreneurial drive, initiative, grit, and a strong work ethic. Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent; other degrees considered with relevant experience.
