Position Profile Weaver is seeking talented tax leaders at the Senior Manager level to join our growing firm. We serve clients across various industries, including private equity-backed companies, large businesses, and high-net-worth individuals. Our services include tax planning and preparation, entity structuring, wealth preservation, and family succession consulting.
A Tax Senior Manager collaborates closely with firm leadership and plays a key role in business development and team development. The ideal candidate is a CPA with over 7 years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning, and consulting, gained at a public accounting firm.
Education and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
Master’s degree preferred
CPA with 7+ years of experience in public accounting, industry, or both
Technical knowledge to manage engagements across multiple industries
Proven leadership in managing, mentoring, and developing teams
Strong relationship management and practice development skills
Ability to attract and expand client services
Compensation and Benefits The estimated salary range is $141,000 to $290,000, depending on experience, skills, certifications, and location. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), flexible time off, paid holidays, recharge days, and in-house CPE and training programs. We also have an internal leadership coaching program, WeaverLEAD, designed to develop leadership at all levels.
