Role Introduction You will work in our Client Programs (CP) Market, focusing on project and client leadership through all phases of design and delivery. Your primary responsibilities include overseeing architectural construction documents, coordinating with consultants, and managing construction administration and project close-out activities.

What Your Day Will Look Like

Oversee production and coordination of contract deliverables, ensuring completeness and quality standards.

Collaborate with internal design staff on deliverables and ensure compliance with jurisdictional and client standards.

Coordinate project deliverables with external consultants and partners.

Conduct code research and feasibility studies, including coordination with AHJ representatives.

Provide administrative support such as preparing agendas, updating trackers, and managing logs and reports.

Ensure adherence to documentation standards and assist in generating project specifications.

Participate in QA/QC reviews and coordinate with local permitting authorities.

Assist during construction administration, including site visits and review of submittals and RFIs.

Deliver work on schedule, aligned with project budgets and design intent.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.

6+ years of professional experience in architecture or design.

Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, and collaboration tools like Bluebeam, Miro, Teams.

Experience coordinating architectural construction documents and managing construction administration tasks.
