Residential Construction Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced and driven Residential Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 5–6 years of relevant experience. In this role, you’ll oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed within budget, on time, and to Horizon’s standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Manage all phases of residential construction projects—including custom new builds, home additions, and major renovations Collaborate with homeowners, architects, trade partners, and Horizon’s in-house teams Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, field staff, and material deliveries Conduct site walks, quality inspections, and ensure compliance with local regulations and safety requirements Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track Maintain clear, frequent communication with clients, providing updates throughout the process Review and process change orders and project documentation Uphold Horizon Building’s reputation for quality, craftsmanship, and positive client experiences Required Qualifications
5–6 years of residential construction project management experience (custom builds, additions, or major renovations) Strong organizational and leadership skills Solid understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and construction best practices Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compensation
$70,000 – $90,000 annual base salary (DOE) Seniority level
