Overview
Pace is seeking an Integrated Communications, Senior Manager for a 6-month temporary engagement with a telecommunications client. The role is embedded with the client, employed by Pace, and requires in-office presence in Basking Ridge, NJ three days per week (remote candidates will not be considered). Position title: Integrated Communications, Senior Manager. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary internal point of contact to lead and facilitate external agency partners to deliver strategic planning, development, and tactical execution of all new Peso campaigns and initiatives for all Communications and Marketing teams, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and timelines. Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans with deliverables, milestones, and success metrics while prioritizing competing projects. Present strategies and tactics to cross-functional stakeholders to secure revisions and approvals and anticipate stakeholder questions. Partner with Communications and Marketing leads to integrate Peso execution strategies into broader priorities. Establish standardized operational processes including measurement, governance, and checkpoints for agency projects across Communications and Marketing functions. Support leadership with performance monitoring using reporting tools, dashboards, and KPI analysis for paid PR activities. Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize campaign effectiveness and resource allocation. Act as a trusted advisor and liaison to cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Drive operational readiness for major Paid PR campaigns, ensuring resource alignment, presentation preparation, and meeting facilitation. Ensure Paid PR messaging aligns with brand standards and strategic narratives; collaborate to reflect the organization’s voice and positioning. Work Environment / Location
Hybrid schedule in New Jersey; three days per week onsite at the client’s location. Must be able to reliably commute to the New Jersey office. Use of Pace-issued and client-issued equipment. Job Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree mandatory Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. Six or more years of relevant experience required, with experience in strategic communications and integrated marketing, preferably within large organizations or agencies. Strong understanding of Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned (PESO) strategy and its role in reputation management and engagement. Experience leading cross-functional teams across a large organization and managing multiple high-stakes projects. Knowledge of performance metrics and KPIs to support tracking and reporting across campaigns. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Smartsheet), Google Suite, and executive-level presentation development. Nice-to-have: a related Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and excellent interpersonal, client communication, and influencing skills. What We Offer
Salary range: $115,000–$145,000, depending on experience and location.
