Lead client and KPMG project teams through the project lifecycle, leveraging SAP services to ensure timely delivery of project work. Provide Solution Architecture advisory services for SAP Financials, Central Finance, and related integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems. Contribute to development and publication of thought leadership; lead business development activities for SAP advisory services, including engaging with C-level clients, proposing services, and closing SAP engagements. Interact with CFOs, Controllers, and CIOs to establish client value propositions. Assist partners with practice administration including resource allocation and staff career development. Ensure Financial and Risk management responsibilities are fulfilled on each client engagement. Qualifications
Minimum fifteen years of external management consulting experience providing SAP advisory services, specifically ECC-FICO, S/4HANA Finance and Central Finance, across multiple industries. Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred. Experience with implementing SAP Financials and Central Finance in at least six full life cycle implementations (at least three Central Finance). Proficiency in core SAP S/4HANA financial processes, data harmonization, integration of SAP and non-SAP systems, centralized reporting, and workshop leadership; strong business-centric problem solving. Experience with non-SAP integrations using tools such as Magnitude is preferred. Strong Finance and Accounting process knowledge; willingness to travel as needed.
