Cleerly is currently looking for a Technical Recruiting Partner to join our People team. You will support the technical recruiting and scheduling needs of our hiring managers as we continue to build out our rapidly-growing technology organization. This role is based in New York, New York. TTC*:
$145,000 - 175,000 TTC Note:
Total Target Compensation includes base pay, variable pay, commissions, bonuses, etc. We hire employees anywhere in the United States and account for geography when determining base salary. Responsibilities
Handle full lifecycle recruiting responsibilities for our technical positions, working with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire the right talent. Create meaningful candidate experiences and build relationships across the company to understand team needs. Source and screen candidate resumes for technical positions within Engineering, DevOps, QA, AI, Product Development, and more Coordinate interview scheduling with key stakeholders for all technical roles Conduct pre-screen interviews using reliable recruiting tools to filter candidates Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Other recruiting, onboarding, and People team tasks as needed Requirements
5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a start-up environment Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field Experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate value to candidates and leaders Proactive updates to stakeholders Consultative, quick to respond, and focused on a great candidate experience Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple candidates/tasks Occasional travel for team meetings on a monthly/quarterly basis Working at Cleerly
