We are seeking a highly skilled

Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

with proven expertise in

Oracle Time and Labor (OTL)

and

Health Care

modules. The consultant will play a key role in leading implementations, providing functional support, and delivering enhancements for critical HCM processes. This is a

long-term remote opportunity

requiring a strong blend of functional expertise, technical knowledge, and client-facing skills. Responsibilities

Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM OTL & Health Care module implementations, configurations, and enhancements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional solutions. Provide functional support for payroll integration, timecard management, and healthcare benefits setup. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal business disruption. Develop and maintain documentation, functional specifications, and test scripts. Work with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and data migration activities. Conduct UAT sessions, end-user training, and rollout support. Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of overall experience in Oracle HCM solutions. 5+ years of hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically in OTL and Health Care modules. Strong understanding of Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Core HR processes. Experience with Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, BI Publisher, and OTBI reporting. Proven ability to analyze issues, implement enhancements, and deliver solutions independently. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills. Ability to work effectively in a remote setup. Preferred Qualifications

Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s). Experience in large-scale HCM transformation projects. Knowledge of integration with third-party HR/payroll systems. Seniority level
