We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of our Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) and non-medical digital products. You will manage all technical execution aspects of the project, ensuring quality, cyber security, regulatory compliance, and delivery on time and within budget as a key member of a cross-functional team. What Youll Be Doing Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, and budgets to ensure successful delivery with a focus on meeting committed timelines. Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create comprehensive project plans and ensure alignment and accountability. Integrate the technical project plan with the larger program plan, working closely with the program manager. Lead the technical execution of the project, coordinating with the development team to meet committed timelines. Manage risks and issues, identifying, assessing, and mitigating or resolving them in a timely manner. Identify root causes, provide solutions, and help unblock teams quickly. Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements. Work with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and project delivery is on time and within budget. Document and archive all project deliverables, and capture and share knowledge and lessons learned with the team.
Stakeholder Management
Identify, analyze, and prioritize stakeholder needs and expectations. Develop and implement effective stakeholder management strategies to keep stakeholders aligned and informed. Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders to ensure alignment. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure satisfaction with project deliverables.
What Youll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 8+ years of experience. At least 4 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the software as a medical device industry. Strong understanding of software development life cycles and regulatory requirements for medical products; medical device experience is preferred. Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables. Experience with sustaining engineering and managing multi-site activities; product development experience from concept to production launch. Strong communication skills, results-oriented, and knowledgeable about incremental delivery and metrics. PMP or other project management certification preferred; experience with Agile methodologies. Experience with software development tools and technologies; knowledge of medical device regulations and industry standards is preferred.

The estimated base salary for this position is $128,000 to $176,000 annually. The range reflects anticipated compensation and may be adjusted based on market data, skills, experience, and location.
