We are seeking an experienced UKG Boomi Developer with strong hands-on expertise with UKG Pro WFM, a proprietary integration tool offered by UKG. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust integrations between UKG Pro WFM and other enterprise applications, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable data exchange. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and ready to assist across various workstreams in our ongoing Workforce Management (WFM) implementations. Key Accountabilities

BOOMI PLATFORM EXPERTISE: Develop and maintain integrations using Boomi AtomSphere. Configure and manage Boomi Atom or Cloud environments. Apply Boomi best practices across the development lifecycle. Maintain UKG Boomi Professional Developer Certification. UKG SYSTEM KNOWLEDGE: Integrate with UKG Pro WFM. Understand UKG data structures, objects, templates and APIs, web services (REST/SOAP). Manage UKG credentials and permissions for integration tasks. INTEGRATION ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN: Define integration objectives, scope and data exchange requirements. Design and implement data mapping and transformation logic. Conduct thorough testing and validation in non-production environments. Ability to interpret and manage data flows, schemas, and integration logic. SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE: Securely manage credentials using OAuth2.0, token refresh and API key strategies. Ensure compliance with data security standards and regulations. MONITORING AND SUPPORT: Implement error handling and monitoring tools within Boomi. Set up alerting mechanisms to ensure timely issue resolution. Utilize UKG connectors and APIs for seamless system interaction.

Qualifications

Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

UKG Boomi Professional Developer Certification 3+ years of experience in integration development, using UKG Boomi Hands-on experience in Boomi for UKG-Pro building/enhancing integrations for Person Import, Payroll Exports, Custom Reports, Extensions to update UKG Pro WFM data

Compensation and Benefits

The expected salary for this position is $95,000-$150,000. Compensation varies based on location, certifications, education, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. We offer a comprehensive benefits program including medical and/or other benefits depending on the position and hours worked. Sick leave accruals (Minnesota) of one hour for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law. Equal Opportunity Employer
