We are looking to hire a dynamic Junior Infrastructure Engineer to support the development of organizational IT infrastructure, monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure-related incidents, and more. The Junior-level Infrastructure Engineer is expected to have 1-5 years of experience. The IAM team manages identity governance and access management services, including the continuous improvement of our Sailpoint IIQ implementation. The IGA Infrastructure Engineer will facilitate rapid changes to core security services and enforce identity governance controls. We are seeking a self-motivated engineer with a sound security mindset. Principal Duties And Responsibilities
Support development of organizational IT infrastructure across database systems, technology solutions, networks, and servers Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure-related incidents, issues, and risks Support development and maintenance of relevant documentation Participate in knowledge transfer activities Top 3 Hard Skills Required
QA test case and automation CI/CD engineering experience Qualifications, Skills, Experience And Personal Requirements
Bachelors degree in computer science or a related discipline Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale data platforms Implement and optimize large data technologies and frameworks Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting to resolve bottleneck issues Keen understanding of our culture Strong analytical, problem solving and root cause identification skills Excellent communication skills interpersonal, written and verbal Excellent listening and facilitation skills; the ability to sense organizational vibrations Coaching and mentoring skills, especially influencing others to move toward a common goal or vision Entrepreneurship and resourcefulness an initiative-taker Self-awareness, with a desire for constant self-improvement Additional Manager Comments
