$150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Finance to join a rapidly growing FinTech/Financial Services company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive financial strategy, capital efficiency, and revenue modeling, and to make a significant impact on the company\'s financial success. The successful candidate will manage financial risk assessment and implement pricing strategies. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role is required. Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic financial models and forecasts to achieve the company\'s short- and long-term goals. Oversee the development of pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage and monitor capital efficiency, ensuring optimal use of resources and identifying opportunities for cost reduction. Lead revenue modeling efforts to accurately project future revenues and identify growth opportunities. Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Collaborate with senior management to align financial management with business objectives. Oversee the preparation of all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within financial services, FinTech, or insurance. Experience in pricing strategy, capital efficiency, 3-statement modeling, and financial risk assessment. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to manage complex financial scenarios. Proven leadership skills with experience developing high-performing teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes. Proficiency in financial software and databases; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High integrity, dependability, urgency, and results orientation.
