in Washington, D.C. This position provides professional IT Support Services performed under the United States Capitol Police (USCP). Responsibilities

Lead endpoint management and IT workflows, ensuring a secure and seamless end-user experience. Lead patch management, software deployment, encryption, and automation activities. Manage on-site operations at the Fairchild Building in downtown Washington, DC five days per week. Qualifications

Authorization to work in the U.S. permanently without sponsorship. Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in a related area as an individual contributor. Possess CompTIA A+ certification, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or equivalent. Expert-level experience in Windows workstation support, imaging, patch management, software deployment, encryption, and automation. In-depth knowledge of Active Directory architecture, design, and implementation. Strong understanding of Windows Desktop and Server operating systems and associated technologies. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for task automation and management. Strong experience with Group Policy management and troubleshooting. Knowledge of security best practices and implementing security measures within Active Directory. Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions for Active Directory. Experience with BIOS management, BitLocker or Encryption at Rest, Microsoft Administrative tools, M365 and Azure management, MECM, and Intune Entra AD. Benefits
