With the critical decisions made in our government every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As an intelligence management specialist, you use your experience liaising with clients and your attention to detail to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters and inform our nation\'s leaders.
Responsibilities
As an Intelligence Management Specialist on our team, help your client understand mission needs and requirements.
Develop standard operating procedures and find new, more efficient ways of doing business.
Combine information from disparate sources into easily digestible products for senior leaders.
Validate information and apply tradecraft to assist client leadership and enable the team to ensure mission accomplishment.
Serve as the authority on your team\'s needs and requirements, providing time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.
Grow expertise, develop new skills in intelligence analysis and client integration, and share methodologies with other analysts.
Collaborate to deliver the best support to customers and leverage available resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools.
Contribute to providing the right information at the right time to support warfighters and national leaders.
You Have
3+ years of experience working in the intelligence community or Department of Defense
3+ years of experience as an executive assistant, operations officer, staff officer, or strategic communications specialist
Experience with SharePoint and Excel
Experience working directly with senior customers, including providing briefings
Ability to respond to time-sensitive requests for information and balance multiple tasks for different customers
Ability to work independently and flexibly without detailed client guidance
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience with mission management or providing support to senior-level DoD or intelligence community clients, or Associate’s degree and 4+ years of experience with mission management or providing support to senior-level DoD or intelligence community clients, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience with mission management or providing support to senior-level DoD or intelligence community clients

Experience with analysis of issues pertaining to MENA
Experience with resource management
Experience writing assessments for DoD customers
Knowledge of the intelligence cycle and all-source analytic tradecraft, including ICD 203 and ICD 206
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual\'s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen\'s total compensation package for employees.
