Senior Associate Dean of Clinical Education - IllinoisCOM
The Chicago School is hiring a Senior Associate Dean of Clinical Education to lead the development and operationalization of IllinoisCOM clinical education. This key administrator will oversee the development and optimization of clinical rotations to support IllinoisCOM students entering clinical training. They will supervise staff and teams as assigned and work closely with the Founding Dean and academic leaders for pre-clinical education to ensure students are prepared for clinical rotations. The Senior Associate Dean will direct the clinical faculty in collaboration with the Senior Associate Dean of Preclinical Affairs to provide the didactic and practical support for Osteopathic Medical Education in the OMS-1 and OMS-2 years required for execution of the curriculum.
Location and schedule: Chicago, Illinois, at The Chicago School’s downtown campus. Standard business hours align with Central Time (CT). Domestic travel may be required to support activities, events, and partnerships. The Senior Associate Dean of Clinical Education reports to the Founding Dean and serves on the IllinoisCOM leadership team. This position requires collaboration within a matrixed organization with leadership across the IllinoisCOM, The Chicago School, and The Community Solution Education System.
