Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in San Diego, CA for a Territory Manager. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships within a specific geographic area with a focus on sports medicine, power, and biologics. They will also be developing strategies to drive sales growth, providing training and support to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, creating business development plans, and reporting on sales performance. Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in Orthopedics Sales Management and Business Development skills Experience in Customer Relationship Management Training and Support skills Market Analysis and Strategic Planning skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Seniority level
