Overview
Director - Multifamily Real Estate at Friedman Real Estate. The role is part of the Multi-Family Leadership Team, responsible for mentoring a team of regional managers and the success of a portfolio of communities. Responsibilities
Day-to-day supervision and mentoring of Regional Managers and Area Managers Ensure property and ownership goals are achieved Conduct property inspections with Regional Managers, manage budgets, prepare owner reports, and coordinate with other departments on office and special projects Qualifications
Strong financial analysis ability Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Self-starter with the ability to work from home Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment Ideal candidate must possess an associate degree in the field (or higher) Five (5) or more years of multi-site residential property management experience Certified Property Manager, candidate, or other industry-specific designation is preferred Excellent management, leadership, communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to communicate with staff and upper management via e-mail, phone/video calls, and texts Compensation & Benefits
